Returns and Refunds

 

The Video and Audio Programmes cannot be returned or refunded once they have been downloaded.

 

In the event a Video and/or Audio Programme does not play correctly they will be replaced and resent to you after you have notified us.

 

The fastest way to notify us is to email us at info@positise.com.

 

We will contact you once we’ve received your notification.

 

Once approved, the replacement Video and/or Audio Programme(s) will be automatically sent to you by confidential email.

 

If more than 10 business days have passed since you notified us, please contact us at info@positise.com.
